Welcome to Noob Game And App Dev. By accessing or using our suite of applications (including Easy Note & Expense Tracker, Notepad, Task Master, and related web platforms), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Description of Service

We provide a digital ecosystem offering productivity tools, secure note-taking, expense tracking, and cloud synchronization services. These services operate on an offline-first architecture utilizing Google Firebase for cloud storage and authentication.

2. Account Responsibilities

To use our cloud-sync features, you must register for an account using a valid email address. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your Firebase login credentials.
• Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Data Security & User-Generated Passwords

Our applications offer item-level security (e.g., locking specific ledgers or notes with custom passwords). You acknowledge that Noob Game And App Dev does not store these custom lock passwords on our servers. If you forget a lock password, we cannot recover or decrypt the locked data for you. The responsibility of remembering these secondary passwords lies entirely with the user.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse our services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or modifying the applications' source code.
• Attempting to bypass security protocols, authentication mechanisms, or OTP verification systems.
• Using our services to store or distribute illegal, harmful, or malicious content.
• Spamming our Support Center or abusing the automated OTP email system.

5. Service Availability and Data Loss

While our offline-first architecture combined with Firebase is designed to prevent data loss, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device formatting, cleared browser caches before syncing, or severe network interruptions.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm our platform or other users.

7. Modifications to the Terms

Noob Game And App Dev reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. If changes are significant, we will provide notice through our apps or website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
